Refund Policy​

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

Shipping

Before returning your product, please contact our customer support. We will provide the correct return address.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure you use a tracked shipping method, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
